启动 pyspider 发现有 Could not create web server listening on port 25555 报错

netstat -atunlp

tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:25555 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 18326/phantomjs 

原来phantomjs 在后台已经启动

kill 相应进程再启动 pyspider 错误消失
